## Product Boundary

BitterLeads owns consented lead custody, source attribution, lead rows,
evidence, annotations, proposals, next actions, lead events, and agent-safe lead
work.

It does not own email relay, conversations, analytics read models, checkout,
CRM automation, or direct agent overwrite of canonical lead facts.

## Deployment Boundary

This marketing repository is source-shaped, deployment pending. Live
deployment, health, Markdown/LLM routes, edge/TLS, and GitHub visibility still
need verification before public-ready status. Do not add a public source link
while the GitHub repository remains private.
